Description

This was taken deep in the large camp area at the Mont 24hr mt bike race near Canberra Australia.

Late afternoon, the atmosphear of 2000 riders and even more campers all setting in for 12hrs of darkness through the night. Everybody saves their energy for their time on the bike. So the large camp site is in fact a very quiet place, but at the same time full of energy.

The photo sort of has a bit of the same feel?? do you think?

I really love the lighting in this pic though I think it would be more "arty" and less "snapshot" if you could photoshop the bikes and such out of the shot and leave two men walking down in a lit wood....but i dont know if its even possible to do just an idea.
